I finally got a hard copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening today. I'm loving it so far. Haven't really had a big SRPG to sink my teeth into since Disgaea 4.

That is always quite painful, especially at the end of a very lengthy chapter.

No word on DLC yet for this week, though those of you with the game may find it's out already.

Edit: don't mind me, annoyance at ranged enemies and their aggravating tactics...

Edit 2: My but chapter 11 was mean. Aggressive enemies, mostly mages and wyvern riders to throw your defensive efforts all sorts of loops. Sumia cleaned up.

Chapter 12, also mean, though less so because despite beefier enemies, the map is much more defensible.

Robin(F) and Virion are now wed.

Finished the game a couple days ago on hard classic mode. I'm replaying on easy gimped mode so that I don't have to think and I can keep all the characters around to see how awesome they become.

A whole bunch of Entombed attempt to make a timely escape towards the south of the map. Like the gold-loving risen soldiers from "The Golden Gaffe", the Entombed don't bother to attack, only retaliating. But do watch out for the Level 30 Entombed who have Counter...
