Hey, everyone! Sorry, I haven`t posted in here in a while, but I`ve been busy lately (and still am) and can't talk about or play the game too much at the moment. Anyway, how is everyone enjoying the game?

As you can see, everyone's stuck between loving the game but hating the difficutly. As with all FE titles

Haha! I guess taht's expected. Glad to see lots enjoying it, though.

By the way, I just got a notification for Champions of Yore 2 and it says that it's the same map as Champions of Yore 1, but with a different assortment of characters. Is that right? I'm not sure about dropping $2.50 on that. If Champions of Yore 3 is much better I might just go for the Champions pack for $4.00, though.

You are correct. Just seen the update myself:

But yeah, in general the DLC which are numerically one after each other follow the pattern of being on the same map, but with different characters (you often play on opposite sides, so you're joined by the girls and have to fight down the boys in this one. The 3rd one you have to fight everyone, for example).

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Lonqu/Vaike OP, Tactician/Frederick OP

Donnel/Kellam...needs work.

Chrom/Sumia for shipping reasons.

I freaking love Sumia not really for shipping reasons but because her range and speed. Her pairing up with Chrom allowed me to see the true benefits of the Pair system and score some sick 3-4 hit encounters. I don't see those that often due to killing with some of my better pairs in under 2 hits, but man if I wasn't so sure I will eventually get a weryven rider soon, I'd use that Cordelia chick but right now can't risk two flier weak to arrows and wind magic.

I partnered up Sully and Frederick, which seemed to make her quite powerful. Even having Tactician back up Stahl did pretty well.

I'm going to have to explore this. It makes these sucky characters quite tolerable.

How long is this game? Given how low down all these characters start, i'd have to assume something lengthier?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Aw, screw it. Tired of crappy XP from the upgraded classes (master sealed asap), re-doing my save, gonna play lunatic (female) now. Time to test the waters!

Also, anyone else prefer the Japanese voices? So annoying having to change it every time

Ah, I see. Well, I'm not so sure it's worth that kind of a price, but the DLC does seem to add some flexibility and levelling up lower level characters, so I guess I'll just go for the Champions of Yore pack.

I bought the DLC for 4.00$! Supporting my Nintendo :)

How much do you guys think FE:A will do first week? Over 150k no?

Game continues to move up the NA eShop 3DS charts, just passed Zen Pinball 3D and it's now #18.

And I just got lots of Spotpass data! Lots of characters (can't battle them because I'm so weak, but I can still buy those powerful weapons!) This game keeps delievering!
