Confirming two separate leaks, Namco Bandaiannounced Dragon Ball Z Kinect. The Xbox 360 exclusive will have 50 characters to play as and a short video showed Goku in battle. Silhouettes show Gohan, Trunks, and Vegeta too. Players can unlock characters via QR cards. Yamcha was unlocked through a QR code.

 

Dragon Ball Z Kinect will have 100+ moves and 30 minutes of new anime content. Namco Bandai have the game slated for release in October 2012.

I don't know what's sadder; that this will allow me to live out my boyhood fantasies or that my boyhood fantasies are my adulthood fantasies too.

I'm not getting my hopes up, but if anything convinces me to get a Kinect at this point, it will be this.

Kamehameha's got nothing on Final Blast or Masenko. Even Special Beam Cannon gives it a run for its money.

I don't think anyone (aside from Bruce Lee) has the speed or stamina to mimic true DBZ fighting moves, but I'll love to see people try.

I lost a bet to superchunk. He correctly predicted that PS4 will release within 2013. I should have known that superchunk was an excellent predictor, I was foolish to bet against him.
