Haven't watched a movie in AGES now, what to watch next?

saw atm and the exam last week both were good the exam a bit better, i like watching unheard movies that way i have lower expectations and am usually impressed

will watch 1408 today or tomorrow hope its good

Well it is a movie discussion thread, so post what you want. :)

The African Queen was actually the movie that got me into Mr. Bogart. He did not interest me in the least until that movie. Sierra madre just sealed the deal for me. I picked up the Maltese Falcon recently so hopefully it will be three bogies in a row for me!

I see you have some 80's movies there! Too bad you missed the 80's movie voting thread...

Most of the best films were made in the 80's 90's IMO. The latest films just don't really appeal to me. Just seems to be a load of remakes, reboots, re-imaginings etc. What are the best new fims in theatres at the mo? The girlfriend is always asking me to take her to the cinema but I'm never sure what to watch.
