How much weight are we talking about and what kind of lifts?

I don't know for certain, but I've seen him benchpress between 5-7 reps of 225 pounds.

This sounds pretty bad for you honestly.

a bench press is basically a double fisted punch. So he can probably hit you with 15-20 pounds of force with a medium jab.

How old are you anyways?

Hopefully, though, a benchpress and kinda fat means he imght only be doing "tough guy" excercises. It may actually be beneficial to simply leap into his arms, wrap your wegs around his chest, and elbow him in the top of the head repeatedly.

Your best chance is that he's a "tough guy" and doesn't stretch.

Careful with any strikes that could possibly compress the spine, those are often fatal.

Will you update us after the fight?

Possibly get someone to film it?

Yeah, I'll update this thread after fight day.

No, no filming. At least I don't think so. I told my friends no filming just in case someone I get embarrassed. It's probably likely that someone else will film it though I won't know that person or have access to the video.

Whatever you do, don't end up below him!

I LOVE ICELAND!

You oughta just talk to the kid and avoid fighting him because nothing good comes out of fighting even if you beat him up. There aren't any positives that come out of fighting someone. If the negatives far outweigh the positives DO NOT DO IT.

Sounds like you 2 don't want anything serious to happen..no point in risking it.

btw

I have been LMFAO reading these posts.

Don't fight him. Just be a man and talk it out.

This shit is happening dude. There is no turning away now.

No nut shots. You have another idea for getting out of headlocks?

How big is he, exactly, and how strong are you? Do you think you can lift him? If you can lift the guy, a headlock is a total sucker hold.

One final piece of advice. As difficult as it may be, don't be afraid to get hit, don't be afraid to get hurt and don't be afraid of losing. Hit hard, hit fast, hit often and don't be deterred by anything you feel because pain is normal and it does not control you.

Watch David haye v Nikolai valuev. That'll help.

just curious, how did you guys decided to fight? why not fight on that spot?

Well, I forgot to mention I bench pressed all last year but stopped this year because I was getting too bulky. Last year I could bench 185 one time. Now, I don't know my max but I bench 155 about 3-4 times. So yeah, I'm at a disadvantage, but I'm not just bones.

Im 17. I haven't fought in a while and I kinda wanna get in a fight again while I'm still a teenager.

Run straight at him and donkey kick him in the stomache. A good chance that you seriously injure him. You might end up catching a bid for it, but hey, guess what, no one will screw with you again.
