Excluding Nobunaga, which exceeding my expectations, meh numbers all around.

I'm the only one not entirely satisfied by those 3DS numbers? I mean, that's quite an impressive sw sold.

I'm not satisfied too, but the future is bright for a rise. Excluding Mario Kart, the real heavy hitters have not arrived yet (Pokemon, 2D Mario and MH4... maybe Animal Crossing). And Kingdom Hearts will give a nice boost for some weeks, I think.

If the games will come tha the sales for the Vita will rise. Just as simple as that.
PSP support should die this year that the Vita will get games.

But before the games will come the Vita must establish a higher user base, or all these games that are a success on PSP will move to the 3DS. And it seems that this already happen and the japanese publisher move their ressources from Vita and PSP to 3DS.

With the exception of MH no other PSP games "jumped ship" to the 3DS yet. So it's a little premature to say that.

If a God Eater was announced 3ds exclusive, or Dissidia, or any of PSP big exclusives, then you can call it a "trend". Even though MH impact is bigger than any trend.

That Pokemon opening is saddening, I wonder if it would've done any better on the 3DS.

It's not a main game and it came out on march 17th, so it had only two days of sales in these charts.

Vita sales continue to be dire.

(PSP week 14: 48k and 1.01m & 3DS week 14: 14k and 1.04m)

Not sure why people even mention 360?... the replacement rate of the PS2 alone would ensure that it sells more than the 360. 360 died long ago there... its irrelevant.

what was the DS week 14??

Should've seen that, thanks.

Alot of good games coming out in japan, they need to localize them in the west more!

Agreed! I seriously doubt most of these would do good in the Western Market though.

Nice PS3 and PSP numbers, imagine those couldve been PSVita sales

and there is nothing saying that that they won't be, this is actually great for Sony, it means people are looking at the psp instead of the 3ds which has monster hunter and is almost as cheap. these people are your late adopters, imo Vita's first price cut wil be massive.

not making any sense to me.

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
