Why worship anything? I just don't see the logic in that. basically, to worship something is to devote your life to it through ceremony or dedication. While I greatly respect many people and things in this world, there's nothing and nobody so much greater than me to be worthy of worship.

God hasn't even been proven to be real, so why would I 'worship' the idea of something?

the closest I'd ever come to 'worship' or having any sort of 'god' is the planet, and the natural processes that keep it alive.

So because you don't see anything worth worshipping, the act of worshipping something becomes illogical? That seems like a case of tunnel vision more than anything else.

@ OP

I am.

Actually I think that displays the exact opposite of tunnel vision, it makes him a reasonable logical human being. To worship something is to imply there are things better and worse, In the grand scheme of nature that really doesn't make logical sense.

Chain of causality, my friend.  You have it backwards.  It's not illogical because I see nothing worth worshipping, I see nothing worth worshipping becuase it is illogical.  your assertion is a typical logical fallacy given to those of no religious faith.

Ah, but you assume that something must be worth worshipping because logic dictates so. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that worshipping something can be seen as illogical, but logic doesn't need to dictate everything we do.

Same response for nanarchy.
