Good. And Ryan, there is no '0'. xD

What do you mean 'good'? Why do you care? Are you a mod?

Does the king die in episode 7? He is on his deathbed right now.

Why are you being so short tempered today MBP? I said good because that's what you're supposed to do and I was happy you did that.

2 characters I don't like so far:

The Cliché Spanish sword fighting instructor.
The token fat dopey guy, who is a member of the ******** ******

Who is this Jon Arryn guy that everyone keeps talking about? I think I may have to watch the first 6 episodes again cos I seriously have no clue.

Jon Arryn was an old guy who was Lord of the Vale before he died. He was also the husband of Lysa Arryn/Tully (Catelyn's sister). He was the King's Hand, but he died so the King asked Eddard to be the Hand.

I get that, but what is Lord Starch doing? Why is he so obsessed with finding out about him?

shouldn't it be the "A Song of Ice and Fire" thread as "Game of Thrones" actually is just the title of the first book?

well, I read the first 4 books after watching the first season and I really wonder how the second season will differ from the 2nd book, as there are some small differences between book 1 and season 1 - especially the ages of the characters are very different (probably because they couldn't let 13 years old Daenerys do all the things she does ;) )

Who's that? Varys? Oh, he's anything but cliche lol!

I only starred it because I couldn't remember what it's called. I think it's the night watch or something similar. But he is chiché, he is the definition of a token dopey fat guy!

Because he thinks it was suspicious how he died and he wants to investigate it while he is in King's Landing

Oh good, that's what I thought. I'm not an idiot then...?

Holy shitballs! The end of episode 7 is epic. Why did they not just listen to stark? :( Now that little douche is in charge!

Also, I am pissed that Stark now has a limp.

How are the books? Are they as good as the series? I may have to read them...

Oh, I think they are amazing ,although at first it might be a bit confusing the author decided to change the perspective things are happening from every chapter, so one chapter might be from Catelyn Stark's perspective, the next from Sansa's, then one from Tyrion Lanister's view and Catelyn again after that and so on. That might sometimes make you think "damnit, I want to know how the story for this person progresses now and not change to the other side of the world"  ;).

Here is the weapons trailer for the new series:

Also, here is a great video about Season 2, but it contains a shitload of spoilers:
