Nintendo delivered a life-size Mario Kart vehicle to a Clarksville, Tenn., resident as the lucky winner of the GameStop Epic Reward Giveaway. Nintendo presented him with the keys to the fully functioning kart.

Nintendo celebrated the release of  Mario Kart 7 game for the portable Nintendo 3DS by collaborating with  West Coast Customs to create life-size models of two karts from the game and unveiled them at the 2011 LA Auto Show. 

One is Kart racer is of Mario and the other is Luigi of course.  The kart comes complete with a decorative glider wing, as represented in the game. The Luigi Bumble V Kart resides at Nintendo of America's headquarters in Redmond, Wash.

It looks so neat and awesome. I would be afraid to scratch it or hit it against anything. Hell, I don't know if I feel comfortable driving it, hit a banana peel and it's good game man.

I lived in Clarksville for 5 years. I do not remember seeing a two story building like the one Miyamoto is in, unless the picture was taken somewhere else. They also drove to the guys house in Clarkville. I did recognize that area.

 

OT: I will have to say that this is the nicest go kart I have ever seen. Anyone got any details on it? How fast it goes or anything like that?

depends on how heavy the driver is.

Me Too....and imagine having a race course for the Kart...it would be awesome for sure.
