I mean, dude went crazy and shot up some people... it's unfortunate, but it's not rare... and definitly not representative of policy decisions.
The only real question is how the hell did they let a guy who just had a breakdown before this have a gun.

Now the acts of a single soldier will jeopardize things even more...he should´ve just killed himself instead.
What the hell are our troops still doing there?....is the military industrial complex still getting a lot of money from the whole situation?
