At least seems so here in Mexico http://gameplanet.com/nintendo-3ds-system-resident-evil-revelations-bundle.html# The price is pretty good, is only 200 pesos more than the 3DS by itself here, so is the USA gonna follow?

Does Mexico usually get country specific bundles? If no, then I'd imagine this could be coming to North America too.
