Damn mikeintellivision that's alot of hardware, do you still own all of that? You could start a gaming museum with all that, hell I would pay lol
I wish I'd kept all my consoles, I'm gonna start building a new collection starting with the 3ds.

Add 360 in there somewhere.

Later on my big bro brought me a bunch of games including....Ocarina of Time!! Among that I got Beatle Battle, Super Mario 64, Pokemon Stadium, and a few others, but those were the most notable =D

I think when I was 9 or so I got a ps1, not sure which was my first game, but I ended up getting some goodies that I'll always love, such as Megaman Legends 2 (FU Capcom).

Actually, I was given a PS2 after the PS3 came out because my bf got a backwards compatible PS3. I played a lot of Xbox (specifically halo) at one of my friends houses at the time and borrowed somebody's gamecube for a few weeks...But I was broke (or should I say my parents were broke) back then so I couldn't afford to buy any system outright. :/ I didn't get my Playstation until a year before the PS2 came out.

Oh... Well, at least you still enjoyed it one way or another =)

(I never got a PS2 either despite wanting to own my copy of GTA III. My parents said I was too young, even though all my friends (some of them younger than me) had it...)

Not in order

Still own

Master system
Megadrive
Megadrive II
Dreamcast
PS1 chip
PS2
PS3
PSP portable emulator with great exclusive rpg
NES
SNES got a wild card for it :D
Game Boy
Game Boy Colour
Game Gear
Commadore
Wii got it for 40. Right bargain. Soft modded it :D

No longer own

Xbox chip

I only get rid of consoles if I think they were crap

Wow, it's amazing the breadth of gaming richness we have on the forum. You're a huge collector! So, question is, when do I come over to your house to hang out?

And... you have a Fairchild Channel F oO I thought those were only sold in Europe.

Anyway, really cool story.

Fairchild Semiconductor was/is based in California (USA) -- as is Zircon which also marketed the unit.

So the first home console with cartridges was American-designed and American-made 8*>

That is a a current (approximate) inventory. As far as I know, it all works (though some of the older stuff would have to be tested).

Other than the Microvision (no regrets) and the Vectrex (some regrets, especially since it also had the legal multcart), I have it all.

(For those who don't know, GCE released all the games to the public domain when it pulled the system.)
