The only thing I don't like is that the volume doesn't get as loud as I would have thought. But like someone else said, it seems to be Nintendo's choice, and not a limitation of the speakers.

Every game on the e-shop is most certainly tax free and here in Mexico taxes are included in all the retail prices so the 799 pesos it cost on the e-shop is the same as retail with the taxes included, thats why I say they lost their mind on their pricing

I don't know if the original 3DS screen was like this, but on the 3DS XL the bottom screen seems to attract dust, and there seems to be static electricity? Because the dust does not come of very easily with any kind of dry cloth. But, that's not really a big deal, as my DS Lite would always have dust on the touch screen.

Overall, it is a great improvement over my previous DS, the DS Lite

How is everyone enjoying the new Mario game on the 3DS? I was set on buying it but I hesitated last night and didn't get it after all.

As a side note, I can't believe nintendo charges full retail price for a DLG. I will admit that was the tilting point of me deciding to not purchase it.

Having the same price for a digital title is very common for video games. For a retail HD console game ($60), the cost of putting the game on the disc and then packagin the game is only about 3-5 dollars. That cost is probably even less for 3DS games. Then you have to take into account that someone has to digitize the game for it to be available on the e-shop, and that someone has to be paid. Not to mention downloading games puts heavier load on the servers than normal online play. 

So, don't expect to save any money on digital titles. The other companies (Sony, Microsoft) as well as PC games almost always have the same price for physical and digital, so I don't think Nintendo would do any different
