Like I've said countless times: People don't always choose to be gay, some are born that way.

Marriage is one of one's happiest moment in life, why exclude some people from it?

By stating that you believe that people choose to be gay you imply that you choose to be straight, is that the case?

for god sakes how the hell do people get away with this what a moronic statement especially from someone who is expecting people to vote for them, freedom of speech does not mean you can say what you want when you want, this is discrimination and the guy should be arrested and kicked out of the political system

this is one of the main reasons that religion and politics should never mix, it's a f$%king disaster waiting to happen

Lost that war long time ago. We are living in post disaster society. 

There is an issue where people then want to use the courts to order how to divide up property when there is a break up, so it ends up in the government.  Also, people want to argue for rights, so they can force employers to provide benefits, require adoption agencies allow them to adopt and so on.  End result is that it ends up being the business of the government who marries who.
