The prophet is not beyond criticism.

He did many great things and some wrong things.

Also even in a less religious world, these two are still some of the most influential and well know people even today.

Nobody is perfect. And in the big M's defense, he wasn't even God.

Honestly I'm pretty tempted to lock this thread right now. I don't expect for a second that this thread will remain mature and courteous and I expect to later get several reports from this thread. But I'd like to be pleasantly surprised.

I actually expected to have a few decent posts and see a flame war going on by now.
