I don't get the popularity of ADEL. why all the hype? She can sing okay, but she's fat and ugly. She doesn't have the looks of your modern day pop star and her songs are 2 slow and boring. Like I said before, she's not a bad singer, but nothing special. So,what's with this fat whale getting all the hype?

I heard one of her songs once. Thought it was a toilet flushing at first...

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

I don't know but her songs make me want to bash my face into a brick wall. I can't stand her long, run on songs.

Well, being fat and ugly doesn't determine if you have success or not. Personally I find this great, because it's a breath of fresh air to have a "fat" singer being that popular, instead of those anorexic posers who doesn't sing good or sing at all.
That being aside, I still don't know why she got so popular, her songs are okay and has a really nice voice, but it's still weird to me that almost everyone I know listen Adele. And they got my nerve when they say she sings better than Duffy, but that's personal :P

Because, in this day of pre-fabricated soulless pop music, she's a throwback to an era where an artist got by on there talent instead of their image and good looks. When I was a child of the 80's, there were some ugly, old, fat people that made it big because of their music. I think Adele will be the return of that era. She'll let people believe that, even if they don't look like a model, if they're passionate, they can be successful,

In all honesty, i didn't watch the Grammy Awards, I don't watch many music videos, and I don't read a lot of music magazines, anymore. My first time seeing Adele was ages after I had fallen in love with the song "Rolling in the Deep". Even now, I'm not sure I remember what she looks like. I love her music, though. That's why I know she's a good artist.

You're fat and ugly. Way to insult someone btw. Spell their name wrong and then insulting them is not a good way to try and understand a musician, their songs or why they are popular.

Hmm, pie.

I like rock n roll and heavy metal. that is my response to that. I'm just tired of hearing about that fat cow on the T.V. and the interwebnets.

If Adele were a man, she would be this:

That ass doesn't sell albums.
