Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Resident Evil success to spillover into Smash Bros?

@ trestres

I didn't say that he wouldn't be there, I was just saying that the game he comes from focuses 95% on guns, and not really on anything else. I didn't know if they would have someone on the game just shooting guns all the time. Don't get all crazy so fast. Also, like someone else mentioned, the game is coming out in a few weeks, I think we've seen the last of the characters revealed.

He is right... you can edit IMDB. SO you can put any character you want

SSBB FC: 5155 2671 4071 elgefe02: "VGChartz's Resident Raving Rabbit"   MKWii:5155-3729-0989

But I doubt they would reveal hidden characters.

I have an N-Gage... and still play it.

i hope leon is there that would be nice or if dante was there that would also be good

IMDB is very inaccurate with things like this. Anybody can edit it, and they aren't as many people as in Wikipedia to watch out for bullshit.

If anyone can edit it, then wouldn't there come times when I come across something I know to be false like I have with Wikipedia. Some people out there are vandals, and I have made it my obligation to correct something I know as wrong. I just don't run into vandalism on IMDb.

That entry in IMDb has remained constant over the last five days. So nobody is bothering to correct it. I suppose maybe because nobody knows better.

Can you edit?  I haven't looked too hard, but I can't seem to be able to find such functionality on IMDb.

a zombie in SSBB lol would be interesting vs Snake.

Anyone can edit it, and there is just as much if not more bullshit on IMDB than Wikipedia. IMDB is an awful source in every way. Just because you don't have any knowledge of movies and haven't noticed how bad a source it is doesn't change the fact that it is. It's a small-name VA and no one has changed it because no one cares. I'm 95% positive it was edited in by a Smash fan as a practical joke for idiots who will actually believe IMDB.

Edit: Just went through the comments page and there is no confirmed evidence for this, just as I thought.  This was edited by a user.  There was an incident before Zelda TP where IMDB had 50 Cent listed as the voice actor for Epona rofl.

If anyone can edit it, would you mind removing it? Since I don't know how and you apparently do...

Updates submitted. Thank you!

Your updates have been sent to IMDb for processing and you will shortly receive a more detailed acknowledgment via email. The updates will be examined by our editors and, if approved, will normally appear on the site within 2-4 weeks. However, data for certain sections of the site (awards, alternate titles, among others) may take substantially longer. For specific details about this and a more current estimate of processing times, please check the processing times page.

That's why it hasn't been edited yet... because despite the delete submissions it can take weeks for it to be changed.  The more people who point out to IMDB that this isn't a valid entry the faster it will get noticed and deleted.  If you want to change something all you have to do is have an account and go down to "update" at the bottom of the page.  Anyone with an account can update, and the reviewers are basically just site moderators who do no research at all.
