Wii Fit
It's going to be Brawl for me.
Other than that I'm really looking forward to Starcraft 2, Spore, MGS4, Europa Universalis: Rome, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and a bunch of other stuff.
SSB:B, No More Heroes, and maybe RE5 if it's released this year

Reality check: Wii Sports is going to move a minimum of 15 million copies next year. GTA4 is coming for two consoles that'll have a combined user base of under 30 million when it launches, and around 40 million by the end of the year according to your own prediction.
That's not even getting into the question of how many of the people that bought the previous parts have a HD console, or are willing to get one for this game. I believe that only a small portion, but even if I'm wrong the low install base would make outselling Wii Sports impossible.
