I have an IGN waterwark on the cover of my copy of Okami. What does this mean? 

It means that Universal Exports is looking into it.

I think it means that you were supposed to call and they would have issued a new cover just like with Resident Evil: Revelaions

I think that it's cool that my cover's unique.

i don't know how your tv channels work but people shoudl really try and watch films on dvd/netflix as in uncut because they chop and cvhange for adverts and programme times and you rarely see a proper film on telly,unless i am crazy of course
