If it happens, sony makes alot more $$$ than any other company in the world.

I dunno why people say they are pushing the Blu Ray more than games. The new dope commercials sony is putting out are perfectly showing the over all power of the system. They are selling it as a Blu Ray player to people because it is considered the best Blu Ray player on the market which it is due to firmware updates. The PS3 will never become obsolete because of the updates. Hell Blu Ray 1.0 is almost obsolete due to 1.1, and who knows what the talked about 2.0 will do to players which are unable to be updated. However, game fans are buying the system because they know what it can do. Lets face the facts by looking at the 2008 line up!. Gamers already know all it can do whether they use it for Blu Ray, games, or both. But, for the regular consumer interested in Blu Ray it is a deal. In the long run you still see a large outcome of sales depending on what people use it for. I for one use it as both but that is just me.
