There's no possible way it costs $1.15/L. In Surrey, it's almost a $1.50/L, and we're only 40 minutes away. If the price flutuates this much in the lower mainland, then soon i'll be on constant alert for the cheapest gas price (who am i kidding? i'll kill for 1.30 now).

Nonetheless, those Americans don't know that they have it best. :P
