The bigger and real competitor for Sony is actually Apple, nintendo is out of Vita target. And it's an hard competitor.

I agree. The 3DS was a disappointment verging on complete disaster for most of its first year, but the Vita will totally eclipse it.
The Vita is going to need a bigger gun.

Rayman Origins isn't exactly exclusive though. Just saying.
It has flopped in Japan, and the Playstation brand has been diminished in North America. If the Vita manages to surpass the 15million lead the 3DS has by the end of this year it would be an even greater miracle than finding the cure to all diseases.
IMO, it's PSP vs DS all over again, without the Monster Hunter advantage for Sony this time.
So, Vita will be outsold 3:1.
I don't know how anyone can see Sony having a chance dethroning 3DS. Wider audience, are you kidding me?
Nevertheless, i hope Vita will stay on the market.
For me, all that matters is games - and since the 3DS is a Nintendo console, it will always be the superior console to me. If we're talking about sales, then I'd still argue that the Vita will find it very difficult/impossible to overtake the 3DS
