(its from Laurance of Arabia for anyone wanting to know)

My french is pretty bad. Missing the accents.

The literal translation would be : Tous les hommes rêvent mais pas également.

But the last sounds weird in French so I'd probably change it to : Tous les hommes rêvent mais pas de la même façon. Which is the equivalent of saying All men dream but not in the same way.
