I would never date a girl with fake boobs (= superficial stupid girl), the only exception is if this is medical (cancer, accident).

I have no problem with fake breasts outside of the scarring a woman takes after getting their implants.

I do prefer real breasts, even small ones but I'm not going to be hesitant to make advances on someone with fake breasts.
