if it doesn't fall below 10k in a week i'll eat my hat ... or whatever phrase is day-and-age appropriate.

Falling waaaaay being the 3DS now! You wonder when it will pass a million. 

Wow, the Vita dropped below 20,000 in five weeks. It took the 3DS nearly three months to reach this low, but the Vita did this in less than a month. I not saying the Vita is doomed, but it sure looks like interest is even lower than the 3DS had back then. That's a lot of interest. I'm afraid to see how low this system can go, but games should float it above 20,000 for some time, so we probably won't see it this low again for awhile.

3DS on the other hand is still doing above 100,000. Glad to see a great system selling like this after the holiday drop.

The 3ds Vita sales continue to amaze me

Not just falling behind the 3DS, it's also fallen behind the PSP now as well. Despite having a launch week twice that of the PSP it's now fallen behind after 5 weeks. They were tied after 4 weeks at 462k, but with this past week's numbers 55k vs. 18k the PSV has fallen behind.

VIta is dead, but threads about it is alive and well each week to watch the demise. It's funny.

I got it! Third analog stick. Boom, 3ds is doomed.

Except the fanboys I think nobody really thought PSV could match 3DS numbers in the first year. Now, trailing PSP numbers is indeed quite worrying.

Vita is dead. A device that serve only a small segmented market.

Don’t forget the extra shoulder buttons and a third analogue stick!
