Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Masaya Matsuura’s Haunt to release for Kinect next week via XBLA

VG247

NanaOn-Sha has announced Masaya Matsuura’s Kinect title, Haunt, will be released on Xbox Live Arcade next week, January 18, for 800 MSP. The first-person haunted house title was originally announced at TGS 2010, and VG247′s Brenna got a look at the game last summer during an event at the Sydney Opera House. Thanks, Joystiq.

Crossing my fingers that it wont suck.

Yay!!!

Does anyone have any info on his?? All I've ever seen is the one announcement video.

Microsoft should have aimed these japanese kinect titles for sometime in mid march, and gave it some promotion like Summer of Arcade.

What the heck, where are they coming up with these things all of a sudden. These seemed like really high profile games, but in the end turn out to be some low budget arcade titles. Come on MS, where's the promotion?

finally a site put a a review http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-01-23-haunt-review

this is one of best if not the best kinect game published that utilize kinect in so many ways.

the movement scheme works with get jittery some times but for the most part makes sense. i wont lie i got startled a couple times as cheesy as the game is. stuff pops out at you and by you actually walking i think it adds a little more to the senses unlike with a controller you have no connection.

if you own xbox with kinect buy the game its worth it. the more we actually support the games the more publishers will look give it a go. we need a 5:1 attachment lol

It looks pretty good actually

Yay!!!
