this is a hard question. Cause PS3 has proven nothing yet. I really want to get either a xbox360 or PS3 but not both so i'll wait too see what games com eout and if PS3 looses many exclusives.
This comment is to WiiGirl76. Since reading your very incorect statements about the PS3's power consumption. You obvisiously dont have a PS3 of your own to even know how it performs. The PS3 does not use 380 watts. The system is designed so if needed it can use up to 380 watts. The PS3 when playing a game or blu-ray movie uses around 190 to 200watts. And people that runs folding@home on their PS3's 24/7, says that it only increases their electric bill by no more than 5 to 7 dollars.
And I'm tired of hearing people try to compare the PS3 to the Wii and the 360. The Wii and the 360 are video game console period. The PS3 is a computer entertainment system designed to center your living room. We are talking about a machine that has a lot more money out into it than 600 bucks. LEts see. A blu-ray drive (1000$), a PCmaybe (900$) a gaming console maybe (400$). Thats 2300$ right there. If you buy these things separately. They are already in a PS3. So the PS3 is by no chance what so ever overpriced.
You will see the pocessing power once developers stop porting games from the xbox360 to the PS3. And start making games specifically for the PS3's hardware. And not the 360.

Um, I was in Best Buy the other day, and the Blu Ray player was $500, and the HD-DVD player next to it was $299.
