I made them (and didn't correct them afterwards) before NPD showed their horrible December numbers.

I definitely overestimated WiiU. Vita too, although not by as much as it says... obviously it's missing the decimal point, lol.

Heres were my guesses

wii 7    4.9 = 2.1 off

360 13 10.5 = 2.5 off

ps3 15 11.3 = 3.7off

3ds 13 13.1 = 0.1off Apart from me noone was close 

vita 9 3.6 = 5.4off

wiiu 6 2.2 = 3.8off

ds 5 3.3 = 1.7off

psp 3 2.8 = 0.2off

= 2.4million off on average, I done reasonably good I think in the top half I think

 Bet with tbone51: Pokeon X & pokemon Y will not sell more than 8 million in 2013

In that case, it slightly improves my numbers, 2.3 million off on average

wii 7 5.1 = 1.9 off
360 13 10.5 = 2.5 off
ps3 15 11.9 = 3.1off
3ds 13 13.8 = 0.7off Apart from me noone was close
vita 9 3.6 = 5.4off
wiiu 6 2.5 = 3.5off
ds 5 3.5 = 1.5off
psp 3 2.9 = 0.1off

Wii - 9.5 - Over by ~4.4M

Wii U - 3.5 - Over by ~1M

Handheld

3DS - 18.5 - Over by ~4.7M

Vita - 10 - Over by ~6.4M

DS - 6 - Over by ~3.5M

PSP - 5.5 - Over by ~2.6M

To my credit, I don't think I ever adjusted after we got the new NPD numbers, which showed Dec '11 down by so much.  I also figured Sony was going to be more aggressive in 2012 (price cuts and a lot of exclusives for both PS3 and Vita), instead they easily took 1st in home consoles, with very little effort.  I do think that my 2013 predictions are definitely more realistic.

My prediction threads:

Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)

PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)

Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Halo 4 first 9 weeks sales prediction

PS4 to be down YOY in 2015
