Last Story incoming??? Eh? Eh?
I'm pretty sure the pre-orders are wrong though as they were for Zelda. I really only will be ready to discuss the success of Xenoblade once we have the actual numbers.
I don't think that is high enough because the tittle will be very front loaded, so 70k preorders will mean maybe 120k total sales and that is still too low. Now there is still time for the number to grow but I am confident that 150k preorders will be enough to warrant The Last Story release in America.
I still have to preorder 2 copies of the game, but will do next week, so there is hope that the preorders will reach bigger numbers.

In a way I think that no matter what NoA will bring them over just to keep the wii going through next Christmas even if these Rainfall games do mediocre. |
I would say that pre-orders need to hit 250k before release. Possibly have an opening of 350k to 400k before Nintendo thinks about working on bring any more Operation Rainfall games over to the US.
i preordered my xenoblade, so i did my part. i payed it off in fact

if they brought up a newly released used wii game i would just say, 'well for five dollars more you can get a new copy, want to just do that?' similarly if they brought up a new copy of a newly released 360/ps3 game, i would just tell them, 'well for five dollars less, you could just get a used copy and you even have a seven day warranty if you dont like it.'
it was awesome. so yes, you dont have to worry about me, my money is going to nintendo on this one.

I haven't preordered a game in a very long time. I might though for this game. I suppose once I have some extra money down I will go reserve a copy for me.
