I own Star Ocean, bought it last black friday but have yet to get to play much of it yet. Game was massive to install. Looks great though and the reviews were also good.
Lost Odyssey seems interesting, may have to check it out.

I would have thought it would help it catch on though, but I guess not.
Anyway, already getting Vanquish, and I will check out Bayonetta. I see it was much better on the 360 for whatever reason. Amazon has good sales right now.

I heard that was good. Short, but good, since most of the ghostbusters games made sucked hard. For some reason it's really expensive right now, but tis in the back of my mind

I was wondering what someone thought of the new Castlevania game. I may check it out. They say it's not much related to the original series, but is still fun.

Has anyone played the BlazBlue games? They seem to have great ratings, but few sales.

easy there are a ton:
- No More Heroes 1 and 2
- Litle King Story
- Xenoblade Chronicles
- Muramasa: The Demon Blade
- Trauma Team
- Okami
All for Wii, all great games all with low sales, at least well bellow 1 million
If you like fighters I recommend Blazblue (either one, although I personally prefer Continuum Shift). Excellent, albeit somewhat confusing, story and a combo system that's relatively easy to get good at and isn't as unforgiving and difficult to master as the SF4 system. And CS is pretty well balanced to boot, Calamity Trigger not so much (Nu is totally and completely broken).

I'm just trying to get all the good ones out of the way. Most of my time has been spent on the Mass Effect Series, Dragon Age Origins, and the Gears of War series. I play/ed the hell out of them. I mentioned in other threads that I'm just now catching up to games I bought last Black Friday, but I have yet to get anything this time around. So I figured I'd get some to play for over the next year since the only game I'm looking forward to is Mass Effect 3. I know there are always hidden gems out there though, so I want to experience them. Judging from the IGN reviews, many of them are only 1/3 as long as a Mass Effect playthrough for me, so it shouldn't take too long to knock one out in a week.

Thanks for the info. I've never played BlazBlue, only MK games, SC, and SF... and it's good to know that it isn't as ridiculously hard as SF4. If it were, that would really deter me.
Can you elaborate more on what is broken with Calamity Trigger? I was going to pick it up as well with Continuum Shift until you wrote this.
