RYNO IV - R&C : Tools of Destruction
Looks like most of mine have already been mentioned. Pretty much anything from Ratchet and Clank or Resistance is a lot of fun, but I think my favorite is the RYNO V in ACIT. It shoots everything, including music! I do love the Rift Inducer from UYA, which created mini black holes that sucked your enemies in, and the Rift Inducer 5000 (ACIT again), which summons a portal to Fred, who then proceeds to munch on your enemies. 
Edit: By Fred, I mean an awesome tentacle rift demon thing. Not some lame Youtube person.
