Alright. He's hyping this up way too much for it to be a new IP, so let's throw that out of the window.

MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT
IN GAME ENGINE
AMAZING DEVELOPER

No one is gonna see it coming.
Shocked every day that none of it has leaked.
Mindblowing.

It's gonna be a great looking game, it's gonna be a game in an established franchise, it's coming from a developer that has a lot of credibility. Above all, it's going to be a huge surprise.

The huge surprise part has me thinking it's not going to be a Sony 1st party game...
