Don't feed the troll, if you actually read the entire reviews it's clear that talking about resi1-2-3-cv.

T-Virus, Limited Bullets, Good Dark Atmosphere, Apparently even Good Story, Exploration in Tight Roads when can pop-up (like old times) some B.O.W.
Because T-Virus variation means they will be B.O.W.

The elements are good by their own, and the review explains how good are they mixed, read it for real like me.

The review clearly points to the good resis ( 1-3 ) not the tosh that was resii 4 and 5.
