So, I just beat Skyward sword, and whilst I have more than a few gripes with this game, I must say I found the ending to be greatly satisfactory (as expected).

I don't recall ever seeing a thread like this so I thought it could be a good idea to get some zelda juices goin'.  IMO TP has the best ending in the franchise.  Pretty emotional.  I'd give MM second place.  The butler's son in the end is damn sad.

Majora's Mask wins, hands down. Then again, I think MM has the best of everything..so... yeah.

Wind Waker comes in a close second for me.

Skyward Sword ending was good, but it was most "in between lines" (Zelda and Link staying in Hyrule first ones to live there, Master Sword in its pedestal which ends to be the Temple of Time in the next games, Demise curse forever). At least for me, it was a very emotional part when Fi says goodbye forever, and Impa banished, almost cried with the Impa one.

The one for OoT is good, it's Demise curse again but this time from Ganondorf. Majora's Mask has the WTF moment when Skull Kid tell you "smell like the forest child who taugh him that song".

Maybe The Wind Waker was a mixed bag for me. The flooded Hyrule, Master Sword in Ganondorf's head and the King's farewell are maybe one of the most epic stuff in Zelda, but the credits, the credits...bubbles are a terrible choice.

The one in TP is good, specially Zant scene with his neck, Ganondorf death and Midna's real form.

Hard to pick up only one, every one of them has something to like.

I gotta say Wind Waker has it for me. Such a satisfying final boss and death.

ALttP, MM, TP and SS was decent.

I felt myself getting teary eyed at the end of SS, but I really disliked Fi, so that bit was a little less emotional.  Groose's legend of Groose line was epic

A Link to the Past. Getting to the end is much more rewarding when it's actually challenging.

In and of itself, though, the ending of WW was pretty good. The first time I was too unsatisfied by the rest of the game to notice, but after watching it on YouTube, it really is almost emotion-inducing.

Yep. The old Impa showing the bracelet to Zelda at the present, and then... Also, at the final with both loftwings flying to the sky, I was expecting Link to ride his bird and Zelda getting alone in Hyrule, I was ready to scream "NOOOOO!", but he stay with Zelda.

Original Legend Of Zelda... I was sooo into this game and i wanted to end it so badly!
