What was the best racing game this year?

If you like sim Forza 4. If you like arcade Mario Kart 7 (where is it btw?)

Does Driver SF really count as a racing game? Sure it has cars and you drive them, but you chase instead of race.

I have to disagree. Driver SF has elements of a racing game, for example cars, driving, etc. But it is not a racing game. Driver SF has as more in commen with GTA than it does with NFS. It's is a sandbox driving game like the previous games in the series. If anything I'd call it an action game.

i wish it was actually a nominations because i do not remember GT5 getting nominated in 2010 VGA's. if i had to pick from that list it would have to be dirt 3 because it was the funnest to play.

Forza 4 by far, doesn't even have competition. Looks like NFS: I've Got The Runs couldn't be saved by Electronic Assholes hogging the rights to Porsche. Fuck you EA, glad your game flopped.
