I'm happy England got a fairly straight forward group, but group B will have some amazing games for sure :D

Group D is anything but straightorward, the only team with a straightforward group is Russia who will walk Group A. Can't see Portugal getting to the knock-out round. In the past Holland and Germany haven't been as consistent but right now they are strong than they have been for years.

GROUP A

Russia, Czech Republic

GROUP B

Holland, Germany

GROUP C

Italy, Spain,

GROUP D

England, France,

Group A => Agree. Poland has a chance but not Greece

Group B => Agree. Germany is a given, and Portugal always falls short (and Cristiano Ronaldo never performs well in important matches)

Group C => Agree. Croatia may have a chance if Italy or us make a mistake. Ireland can only dream.

Group D => Agree. I wouldn't be so sure about France, but neither Sweden or Ukraine are strong contenders.

Please excuse my bad English.

Oh Gawd, group B is going to be fantastic!

Like Euro 2008 the top two teams (Holland and Spain/Holland and Croatia) have no chance to draw the hosting nations (Poland and Ukraine/Austria and Switzerland) which are the weakest in the whole tourney.

As I'm Dutch I think Portugal needs to burn in hell.

If group B is the group of death, what's group C, the group of debt?

Damn Group A is like heaven.

Frigging draw, only way that it would have been worse was if Spain replaced Denmark >_>.

I'm confident on our team anyhow, we have a sense of unity that hasn't been seen on our team since 2004 and 2006. We can do great things, heck scratch that, we must do great things if we want to pass this group. To win a competition such as this you've got to play and win against the best, so why not play and win right from the start?

Portugal Allez!!!

@JEMC - Ronaldo always fall short on important matches? I don't know where have you been for the past two years, but clearly not watching the same matches as the rest of us. Every year that goes by, his importance on the national team (and on Real Madrid as well) grows more and more. He's on line to become a better captain and a more important piece for Portugal than Figo was, and that's saying a lot. Heck, at 26 Figo didn't had the importance and the capacity that Ronaldo has on the Portugal national side, at that time it was more Rui Costa and Joao Pinto.

lol

Germany is winning the EURO 2012, no matter what. Hope Italy beats Spain, like they did in the friendly match between them.
