Here is the 1st Devil may Cry gameplay. I must say it looks incredible, it keeps true to the DMC format we know and love.

There seems to have been some improvements over the TGS 2011 footage. no slowdowns, combat appears to be extremely fast and responsive. red orbs. a lot of the moves seem to have been derived from older DMC games the texture work looks incredibly detailed, Ninja Theory appear to have outdone themselves in this aspect. but till no style bar.

Ok, for huge DMC, wait, I mean DEVIL MAY CRY fan like me, gameplay finaly looks awesome.I like the environment also.
But...Dante looks like a monkey.And his voice is stupid and dull..

The gameplay looks alright, indeed, but fuck. The OP's avatar has better character design than that shit.

I'm still not over Dante's new look (I never will) but they've also changed his personality which to me is unforgivable. He sounds like Drake when he says "Great" after the floor collapses. Dante is supposed to be cocky, arrogant and overconfident, that's not what I saw here.

*sigh* I think it's funny, everyone else is complaining about how the game sounds or looks wrong, I think it looks like it plays like ass. Animations are jerky and stinted, the attacks don't seem to have any sort of impact on the enemies, very dull and repetitive. the game isn't organic at all, unlike the 1st, 3rd, and 4th entries in the series.

This looks pretty good, much better than Heavenly Sword and Enslaved that's for sure... God they were absolutely horrible imo. I've never tried a DMC game before, mainly because I hate 99.9% of eastern made games (I like their films though), their horrid style, headache inducing music and hectic messy dreary gameplay all turn me off. This will be the first DMC game I try, albeit at a bargain price no matter how positive reviews may be.

The character sounds interesting the gameplay and level design looks nice and im glad he sounds down to earth and not crazy (Kratos).
