I remember you saying there would be seperate charts, etc... does that mean the front page of hardware will still change to the 8 different places or 10 being tracked, whatever it was?  I'm just wondering because it's been past 2 weeks now and I still see the same tabs on the front page.  Except with less info now with only USA being there and no Canada or Latin America.

Side note, Germany is PC heavy, never knew that.

BOOM!  FACE KICK!

Seems like PS3 is up a lot this week in Europe (UK + Ger)

And when it comes to USA, I am disappointed in Sony. From an outside perspective, the best bundle available on BF, from a value standpoint was the PS3 with LbP2 and Ratchet for 199, and from what we can see, there was a very limited number of bundles shipped. I don´t care if Sony lost money from those consoles. Sony needs to be aggressive in a Market where they are losing big time.

I bet with anybody, that if there were 500k 199 LBP2 and Ratchet PS3s in BF, they would sell all of them in half a day. It seems like a fanboy statement, but I am just being an honest consumer, that bundle at that price is just crazy. Once again, I would probably lose money (if I was Sony), but I would settle my console to have a great December month in a country where I am losing to everybody big time.

360 monster as usual, they understood that there was demand for the 360 bundles plus Kinnect, and they shipped big time, and they won BF week.
Wii, I don´t understand the surprise, Wii will be the best selling Home console in December, that is what a dirt cheap console can do.
Ps3, great to be up YoY, but I think Sony lost an opportunity to be up a lot more.

I totally agree with you that the PS3 lost out on an opportunity to pull big numbers. My girlfriends sister works at Radioshack who were supposed to have the PS3 bundle in question but received none. I'm still not sure how that happens when it was advertised for all Radioshacks, but it seems only the really big ones received the bundle and only a few at that. The worst part is many stores are offering the 160Gb for $199 but many don't want it because they feel it's not worth it if it comes with no games. Hopefully that stigma is anecdotal only and wears off quickly. Hopefully Sony can release that bundle or one similar right before Christmas for one more boost.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Honestly I heard nothing about sellouts or anything, don't think was a shipment problem. It's fine that you don't care if Sony lost money from those consoles, but it does matter. This is the 5th year already, the time to take a loss for marketshare is done. I just hope they are still at least breaking even on each PS3 at $250, otherwise it is a bit sad.

PC is bigger than all consoles combined in Germany. However the console games create double the revenue of PC games:

Looks like the 3DS is going to do around 800k min this week. Already got 510,000 for US, 60,000 UK, 32,000 Germany and 120,000 Japan. Thats puts it over 8.5 million and ahead of the Dreamcast unless I am mistaken (I may indeed be mistaken!)
