well we had one broken down by region, continent, or country. not sure which term to use. in my round i ranked third, but i got one vote from Smeags in the last round for best American user. i didn't think we would have one this yr.

people like BengaBenga didn't even get 1 vote.. unimaginable 2 years ago.. how quickly we dumped and forgot about our old friends..

well you'd have to be active to get voted for less you be forgotten. i remember some of these people from when i was lurking in 07 and became a member in 08. it's nice to see them return. i was just here for the numbers then and forgot may user and password.

Hey Monty, I don;t think you remember me as I wasn't as active as I am right now. But great to have you back, I remember you as one of the old VGC members who really kept the forums buzzing.

However, I do have a comment. It's true that this year a lot of people left and that void hasn't been filled. That doesn't mean we have to get the old people back, but rather maybe try to get new people here? I just think holding on to something in the past is not a good thing. Some members probably have a family or other responsibilities which is why they left, not just because of how the site has changed over these past 4 years.

But more importantly i guess, GREAT TO HAVE YOU BACK!

I am loving this thread so far. It's great to see so many old faces posting along with the stand-out newer members.

It's great to see RocketPig adn BengaBenga around as well. 

Indeed and still want Zexen even though  he just found a boyfriend, but sadly the poor child can't learn that Zexen has barely enough heart to love one person, let alone another even more so someone like dtewi. Ah this feels like old times...good times.
