Love the Wii, but hate some of the decisions Nintendo this gen.
but i guess i can say that about Sony and MS too.

I hate Nintendo because other people like them and I want to be cool. :D
I hate publishers that don't know wtf they are doing with it is about it.
I hate it because it's awesome and I don't have one anymore :(
brendude13 said: Reasons why I dislike Wii: Overpriced (well it was a year ago) Severely underpowered Limited controls Lack of good 3rd party games Lack of software features (online, movie player etc.) Same old franchises that have barely changed or innovated Reasons why I dislike Nintendo: All of their products have stupidly high profit margins Marketing their products towards families, casual gamers and people who don't know any better Alienating hardcore gamers Franchise milking ...Yet I still want to buy a Wii, mainly for the Gamecube backwards compatibility but also for the Wii games. |
It has at least the same amount of controls as the HD consoles....... You plug your stuff into the wiimote, unless you are using cube pads.
it's the same case with Justin Bieber, they hate it because it's too popular
and not just because it's too successful, also because it's too different from their tastes, in this case people who hate motion controls and older graphics
if it's wasn't successful they would just ignore it, but since it's successful, they hate it
AND THAT IS THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
I personally think Wii is an awesome console. I wish 3rd parties hadn't course its library from day one, but hey, the console still manage to survive and offer fans awesome games. I'm hoping Nintendo blends Wii and PS3 on their Wii U.
i don't hate it that much. i dislike it because there to much old and not enough new.
I don't, I just maybe dislike the effect all of it's great games have had on my wallet...
1. Don't care much for NIntendo 1st party titles. They focused almost completely on casual.
2. Few 3rd party titles worth playing or better on other platforms.
3. Motion controls don't appeal to me for most genres.
4. Online gaming is severely behind other platforms.
I can't say I have buyer's remorse for my Wii. But I rarely use it and its become our Netflix box.
