whats depressing, is that you cant stand critism for your favorite console. For the most part people have been tame and its not like anyone even said they hate the Wii. No one makes the why do you hate Xbox thread, because maybe not much people "hate".  No one is bashing anything, why not tell your fellow Ninty peeps to stop making these threads? Its not like its the HDs that are doing it

Hmm, I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. You guys need to realize that the Wii is an inanimate object that doesn't respond to hate. I do critisize the Wii for its shortcomings, but no matter how much I critisize it, there's no reason to hate it. And I see where you're coming from too but this thread is more "celebratory" in the sense that people enjoy sharing these ideas of hatred towards the console. It's a shame.

like i said, talk to the ones makingf these threads,its like i see it from the same people all the time and they are the Ninty fans

I actually love the Wii, but there are always areas for improvement.

Third party support. Online/social features.

The way that you refer to Nintendogs, when you were previously talking about Mario Galaxy and Donkey Kong suggests that you realise your mistake in your original statement. Nintendo games aren't for children- they're for everyone, from the young to the adult.

Wrong, it was never just about mario or Donkey Kong, it was most nintendo games as a whole.

graphics are vastly sup par to 360/ps3. graphics arnt everything but the original xbox has better graphics it seems..

controler is terrible. it just doesnt work with modern games motion control works sometimes but its too dodgy and to be honest no game has really used it fluidly enough to make the wii a must have console

there are no good games
litterally the only games ever played at my house for the wii are rock band ( cause we don't have it for xbox or ps3 and its better on those) or super smash, we recently got skyward sword and even that isnt played much.
some will point out, super mario galaxy and such, but then i'l point out, skyrim which has a much much higher un factor and lasts about 10 times longer( beat galaxy 2 in 2 days)

online is non existant
friend codes? nuff said.

fanboys
i hate fanboys of any console or PC, being a fanboy is stupid. but nintendo fanboys are a whole new level above special ed.

and finally, gamers think of specific games when talking about games in general, the wii has none of them.

As far as I'm concerned, the thread creator could not have made a more troll-worthy thread (plenty of anti-Wii trolling in the original post alone). This thread is just asking for trouble, and any decent discussion it could have spawned is likely finished.
