a lead console, with only 1 game in top 19th this week,

has this ever happened before? For some reason people are buying CONSOLE only, and we know it's not because they are using it as blu-ray player. ;)

Yeah, that's not a highly selective cutoff at all.

But good to see you commenting. That means the 3DS is really starting to get going.

even in its piracy-infested days, PSP hasn't sinked this low (software-wise speaking)

PS3 hardware performing perfectly well. looks like Japan will determine next wk's winner as EMEAA and the Americas will likely even out. the edge will go to who ever sells the most in there worst market.

so for me its 360 EMEAA v PS3 Americas. should be interesting.

well it looks like 360 will win 2011 in software sales at least...great Uncharted 3 numbers. Hope it can keep outselling UC2, not like other Sony franchises this year, with slightly better FW but worse legs than its predecessors...(LBP2, Infamous 2)

I expect to see the 3DS on top for awhile with the two Mario titles coming out soon.

I'd imagine this is fairly possible with a handheld.   I'm sure PSP (and DS too) must have come first plenty of times with only 1 or 2 titles in the top 20.  Could be wrong but I'd guess for PSP it probably hit number 1 sometimes with only 1 game in the top 40.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
