Why are people utterly shocked here, don't main type Mario games usually pull scores like this? If you like the others, you're pretty much guaranteed to like this.

Not surprising at all, the game was reviewed by a well known Nintendo "fangirl". If it was reviewed by an unbiased person, I doubt it would get a 9.5 imo.

Lol come on it's Audrey Drake or w.e her name is. I know PlayStation has Greg Miller and Colin but even they score games low sometimes (see Resistance burning skies or Gravity Rush). 

Audrey Drake was always a known biased fangirl of Nintendo...I mean shit, she even WORKS at Nintendo now! lolz...

yet  jsut like every mirosoft or sony  reviewer. 

The reviewers in the last few years have been nothing but fanboys themselves. They either rate a game high or rate it very low to get site hits.

I prefer to read the ones without a score to get the true value of a game. 

Not a 9.5 game in my opinion.

I for one am surprised that 3 Sony fans have come into this thread to argue that a Nintendo game doesn't deserve a 9.5.
