I found it to be a solid 6/10, hopefully the second one improves the series. The problem was it was too much of a shooter and not enough of a horror game. Get rid of the on rails gameplay and open up the world with a main city that you always go back to. Around 1k kills not including the birds in one playthrough from what i recall, it just got stupid after a while.

AW was an excellent game, im sure AW2 will be better its an underatted gem

The first had it's flaws, but it's still my favorite 360 exclusive. The concept and tech is great they just need to raise the narrative and gameplay to a higher level than they achieved.

Mind you, Remedy clearly wasted ages heading down wrong paths during development so this time I'm expecting them to deliver a much better experience.

If it's more open than the first then I am game, tbh the story was decent, but the fact that there was no ability to explore the town during the day just kinda killed it for me. There were conveniently a trolley or a chair in the way of where I want to go, preventing me from exploring the areas further.
