That's so awesome! I loved GTA4 so I'm pumped for 5! Even though GTA4 maybe didn't deserve all the perfect scores it got it was still a super fun game! And The Ballad of Gay Tony is well worth the money, kept me playing for another few months.

I think this will be on the Wii U. The only GTA on a Nintendo console we've seen is Chinatown wars which was a untraditional, handheld deviation from the proven GTA formula, yet it still outsold the PSP version. I don't think DS & Wii owners have exactly the same tastes, espescially when concerning a console-heavy game like GTA, but it's still relevant to note that there is a decent GTA userbase to be found in the Nintendo ocean.

Since this will be on the PS360, it should be viable for R* to port the game over to the Wii U, unlike the Wii.

I don't think it would sell nearly as much as the PS360 versions, but I'm sure it would easily sell in the 1-2m range. It would probably sell more considering it would launch early in the console's life cycle when owners are looking for games & the console hadn't yet become an absolute casual console.

Very interesting timing. Lots of theories just jump into my head now.

Won't be PS3 exclusive.....MS won't let that happen.

Probably will go the way of L.A Noire for PS3/360 versions (multiple disks for 360 version)

Maybe a launch title for next gen if MS or Sony are releasing next year.

Why though? The 360 version of GTA IV outsold the PS3 version by a decent amount. They both are having incredible legs.

the whole hardcore audience buys the hardcore games for the HD consoles for the graphics, and some people for the classic controls, provided Wii has a classic controller, having Ps3/Xbox360 graphics and HD display would dominate something like Ps2, every 3rd party game wouln't miss the Wii and those it gets wouldn't be as ugly and broken ports...

Wii missed the hardcore games and hardcorea sales cause of the graphics, and maybe a smaller part cause of the not as good online (although Mario Kart Wii has the best online on a console)

GTA V needs to be on WiiU and PsV at least, not Ps3/Xbox360 again, there's not much potential if they stick with the same consoles again... where WiiU and PsV innovation will add to the gamplay, 3DS is probaby the last platform there are considered (due to graphics)
