Analysts cant really predict gaming behavior. i mean, seriously, we have seen SO often how people were wrong.. i mean, they already said Nintendo died when the Gamecube flopped., and what happened? they started printing Money with the Wii. and if 3DS and WiiU Fail, they'll simply innovate. Nintendo is amazing as a company, and this sure wont happen., i have to give them that.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

If the WiiU succeeds in it's mission, I don't see how this is possible. If it fails, at worst, they'll go the way of SEGA but stay in the handheld market(Pokemon, Casual games like Brain Age series). You can't beat them in the handheld market.

Only problem with the OP is that the analyst does not actually predict Nintendo to go bankrupt in 5 years. You need to re-work that part. Beside the title, it looks like the fake analyst was talking about Nintendo stocks bubble bursting. Which is already happening.
