Probably because i appreciate combat that's broken in my favor. Makes me feel clever. Because i do recollect the system being brokenly easy once you picked up Cream and her healing abilities, but i didn't hate the game, i was just quite disappointed

What I mean is that they gave TP a 97% and it was annoying. Yeah, this scored slightly better than that, but so what? They already scored something else that wasn't anywhere near worthy of that score so close to 100. Pretty sure they were just jonesing for some adult Link action.

That's great news. I can't wait for this amazing game, been waiting since the end of 2006 for the next Zelda. These high reviews are going to get me incredibly hyped, I hope my expectations can stay reasonable. Only a few more weeks now!

I expect really high scores for this game. Even most MSM critics will probably fight their own biases to acknowledge its greatness - if indeed it is.

@Kenology and others- was there ever a dispute if this game would be 'great'?

There were some negative previews, but they were all short, played for 15 minutes and on a busy show floor. Whereas ONM had hours to take it in and digest it. Heck, even DToid (who got a 'day pass' to play it) praised it. Because they could appreciate it at their own pace.

Because of that, I'll be amazed if this ISN'T the norm.
