and fyi yo_john GT5 looks the same in replay mode, only difference is AA which is hardly different at all, go race on Kart Space and tell me it looks any different, and how sexy it looks was only half of the reason I posted those.....

Pictures taken in photo mode are bull shots because they make them look near perfect by adding in different effects along with much much better AA. I could go into picture mode in F4 and take amazing looking photos as well but what would that prove? Nothing because it is not a representation of what the game actually looks like when you are racing. And replay mode is a definite step up as well, especially when you take pictures from it because it also looks much nicer than the real thing.

Don't get me wrong, I love photo modes in car games like that because you can take really cool realistic looking photos. But to say it looks like that when you are actually playing the game is just not true.

soooo every single picture taken in this thread is a bullshot and thus can't be used as an accurate representation of the game, ok so no more pics for comparison......... of graphics.......but what about dem features :D

I agree, they do give you an idea of what to expect in the actual game but my point is they make it look quite a bit nicer than the game actually looks when playing it.

if those pics I posted had been of Forza 4 your jaw would be on the floor in disbelief at how good the game looks

and at that above, the reply was to Nsanity, and yes a soccer mini game in a "definitive" racing sim missing SO many features essential to a racing sim (not definitive but just a sim) is pretty damn hilarious

No don't get me wrong I think the pictures you posted of GT5 are absolutely gorgeous. If you would have read up above I mentioned to Michael 5 that a pic he posted was a bullshot (aka a replay mode photo) In fact you're right...most of the photos in this thread are bullshots that aren't really what either game actually looks like.

The comparison videos on the other hand show much more realistic comparison between the two.

 

As to your reply it was just about as immature and childish as it gets which really shows your character or lack thereof.
