That video definitely looks better than most PC games, but not all. 

Newly released or old as the hill titles?

Newly released. Most newly released PC games are console ports anyway, you hardly see an exclusive for the PC with that much attention to the graphics released anymore (except Witcher 2, a timed exclusive). Seriously, that looks insane. No one can deny that, not even nsanity

Ports or not, PC games tend to run at higher resolutions and higher framerate not averaging 30 FPS at 720P...im not taking a jab at Uncharted but you need to realise that nothing on consoles can touch PC in graphics department except artstyle which is entirely subjective.

This game looks awesome, even though I'm not a fan of the Online, the Singleplayer is enough for me to get it.

It seems like you adress facts only when its a convenient situation for you. Keep that in mind next time you post a crysis or witcher thread of "console vs pc comparison/console is better" and not offer your own opinion.
