I'm quite pleased they didn't release a brand new Mario Golf game for the Wii actually. I'm still playing Toadstool Tour for the GC and Advance Tour for the GBA. Probably the longest games to finish on their respective consoles.

These two and WaveRace get me. WaveRace would've been a blast with Wii Controls.

I can understand certain other franchises not seeing Wii versions, but these are a PERFECT match for the Wii, and would've propped up Nintendo up during their dry spells.

But the Gamecube game was a masterpiece, the Wii version SUCKED.

It was barely playable, no, no, it was totally unplayable.

i do not think it is beacuse of Wii sport... Tennis is in it and the re-release mario tennis. It may going to happen in 2012 as lazy mario sport release...

Funny considering I said the same thing about Apple fanatics (that Apple could crap in a box and sell it to them).  I suppose the million or so people didn't read about the game online or in a magazine to realize the controls were bad (I am just going to assume they are since a few here have stated).  I am just curious how they messed up the motion controls for NPC Mario Power Tennis considering the game was already made and they only had to focus on the controls.

And i would agree with you on the apple thing too. I think some brands are so strong that no matter what, they could get alot of people to buy it before they get fed up. And there are not that much people who read reviews, especially people who are not that into games

I would have loved to see a Mario Golf on the Wii, but the controls for the golf on Wii Sports were kind of bleh. I'm sure WM+ would've helped a lot and I wouldn't been very happy.
